Gain insight and experience to aid in your transition from college to career through the Summer 2025 Career Prep Conference from Neurodiversity in the Workplace.Join us for professional development week, project development week, or both, and receive content, learning opportunities, and connections to support your emerging career.
Professional Development Week
$400
Prepare for the transition from college to career with a packed week of live presentations, discussions, and breakout activities. Among the topics covered include finding your career path, job search tips/tricks, workplace accommodations, work/life balance, and more.

Project Development Week
$500
Gain experience working with a cross-functional team to create and present deliverables. You’ll spend this week collaborating with other students on a project, which you’ll get a chance to present to industry-leaders, and add to a portfolio to aid in your future job search.

Summer 2025 Career Prep Conference
Neurodivergent college students are invited to our 1 or 2 week career preparation conference hosted by Neurodiversity in the Workplace. Participants can opt into the second week for hands on group projects culminating in a presentation with neuroinclusive companies and coaches. Join us today to gain skills and learnings to navigate your internship and career search as well as adding to your digital portfolio!
